Due to how the NPort Administration Suite works, COM ports added using the NPort Administration Suite are not visible in the Windows Device Manager*. If you need to check these COM ports, you can view the COM ports in the NPort Administrator.
*To see the COM ports in Windows Device Manager, use the NPort Windows Driver Manager to map the COM ports.
