ioLogik 2500スマートイーサネットリモートI/Oデバイスは、独自のハードウェアおよびソフトウェア設計を特徴としており、様々な産業用データ取得アプリケーションに最適なソリューションとなっています。ioLogik 2500には4ポートのアンマネージド・イーサネット・スイッチや2つのシリアルポートなどを搭載しており、さまざまなフィールドデバイスとシームレスに接続できます。

イーサネットポートの1つは最大8台のioLogik E1200拡張モジュールをデイジー・チェーン接続して、100以上のチャンネルを提供するのに使用できます。ioLogik 2500は「ヘッド」ユニットとして機能し、Click&Go Plusロジックを使用してI/Oアレイ全体を制御できます。最も重要なのは、I/Oアレイ全体をネットワークに接続するために必要なのは1つのIPだけであり、IPアドレスの数が不足している産業現場に最適なソリューションを提供できることです。

 

プログラミング不要のClick&Go Plus™ロジック

Click&Go Plus™ 制御ロジックは、最大48個のルールと8個の条件／アクションをサポートします。さらに、そのグラフィカルユーザーインターフェースには3種類のロジックゲートと3つのマルチレイヤーが用意されており、より強力で効率的な I/O ソリューションの構築を支援します。Click&Go Plus™のロジックルールの設定が完了した後は、IOxpress の使いやすいシミュレーション機能を利用することで、オンライン機器にアップロードする前に、Click&Go Plus™ ルール内の潜在的なエラーを検出できます。

 

マルチプロトコルデータコンセントレータ

ioLogik 2500は、複数のプロトコルに対応することで、現場データの収集を向上させ、データを上位レベルのシステムに送信します。現場データ収集においては、ioLogik 2500はModbus TCPとModbus RTUの両方を介して他のサードパーティ製デバイスからデータを収集できるほか、最大8台のioLogik E1200モジュールをリンクして100以上のI/Oチャンネルを備えた汎用的なI/Oアレイを作成し、上位システムからすべての現場データにアクセスできるようになります。上位システムでは、ioLogik 2500は、Modbus TCP、SNMP、SNMPトラップ、RESTful API、Active OPCタグ、C++ライブラリに対応し、様々なIT/OTシステムとの統合を容易にします。そのため、ioLogik 2500は、現場をネットワークに接続するための最適なデータコンセントレータとなります。

 

 

 

ローカルストレージデータロギングによるデータの完全性

ioLogik 2500はmicroSDカードに対応しており、貴重なデータを保存するための強力なデータロガーになります。フィールドサイトの重要なデータには、FTPを介して異なるシステムによりリモートでアクセスできます。そして、ioLogikのデータの完全性を確保する機能により、ネットワークが予期せず停止する際に、MX-AOPC UAスイートを通じてリアルタイムのデータ監視を行うことが可能になっています。
