Employees who take part in our Employee Volunteer Organization receive compensatory leave and accessible transportation services for their volunteering.

The foundation of Moxa’s volunteer culture can be traced back to educational efforts centered on butterflies and ecological awareness. Moxa works with elementary schools in Taiwan to educate teachers and children about appreciating butterflies through observing their life cycle and contributing to the recovery of butterfly species.

Moreover, Moxa volunteers unite their efforts to enhance the environment, exemplifying the spirit of collaboration. Through education and advocacy, our goal is to empower individuals to live harmoniously with their surroundings.

Reading for Young Learners

Moxa believes that reading can bring a fresh perspective and profoundly impact someone’s life. Over the years, our book donation and reading companionship program has inspired many children and teenagers from disadvantaged communities to read more literature, both in and out of school.

Moxa volunteers act as mentors for children in rural elementary and junior high schools, providing guidance and support throughout their education. By providing reading materials and organizing various activities, our volunteering services seek to give these children new opportunities to explore and expand their knowledge.
