   • Implement environmental safety and health regulation identification and compliance assessment to ensure that all activities comply with regulatory requirements, and actively respond to relevant domestic and foreign initiatives and voluntary commitments.
   • Include legal compliance into the assessment before launching operational strategies such as new establishments, investments, or mergers and acquisitions.
2. Health and Safety Promotion

5. Reinforce Management Performance
   • Evaluate the risks and opportunities of operational activities and establish a priority for improvement according to risk levels to reduce environmental impact and safety and health risks.
   • Set quantitative targets for environmental safety and health, regularly review and make continuous improvement, and improve environmental health and safety management performance.

Policy Implementation Approach and Responsibilities

• The EHS management unit is responsible for planning and implementing this policy and regularly reporting to senior management and representatives of the Group's management committee to ensure the implementation of EHS policies and alignment with Moxa's long-term core values and goals, as well as elevating EHS management performance across the board.
